I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Please allow 3-7 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship.

There are circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping delays. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may encounter. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery is the responsibility of the shipping company.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order without any penalty! You must cancel your order within 24 hours of its creation for the cancellation to take effect. If the item has already shipped. All you have to do is send us an email with the subject line "Cancel".
You have entered an incorrect address!
If you misspelled your address or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to the order confirmation email with the correct information. Notify us immediately via email. If the address is incorrect, we can correct it within 24 hours.
My item arrived damaged.
We ship each item with extra padding. However, our customers report that approximately 1 in 1,000 items arrive damaged due to mishandling by the postal service.
